The graphic surveillance footage, reportedly recorded nearly nine years ago at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, depicts Combs violently dragging Ventura down a hallway, throwing a flower vase at her, and kicking her near an elevator. The attack is only interrupted when the hotel’s assistant security director arrives and separates the two.

Allegations of Bribery and Cover-Up

The security official in question, identified as Florez, has since come forward, alleging that Combs attempted to bribe him in the immediate aftermath of the assault.

“You cover this, I got you. Let’s go in the room and talk,” Combs reportedly told him.

Florez also shared photos of the hotel room post-incident, showing it in complete disarray—consistent with claims of a violent altercation.

Social Media Reactions: Anger and Support for Cassie

The resurfaced footage has sparked a wave of reactions online. Netizens have expressed shock, empathy for Ventura, and condemnation of Combs’ actions.

“Just imagine what he did behind closed doors. So happy she came out alive,” one user commented.
“It’s so heartbreaking to watch! KARMA will visit him in prison!” said another.
Others criticized those defending Combs, calling it a failure of empathy and accountability.

Legal Battle and History of Abuse

The video follows a series of explosive allegations made by Ventura in legal filings. According to reports by Variety and other major outlets, Ventura accused Combs of physical and sexual abuse during their 11-year relationship, including allegations of being forced to take drugs, engage in non-consensual sexual acts with escorts, and being filmed without consent.

These disturbing acts, which Combs reportedly referred to as “freak-offs,” allegedly took place in dimly lit hotel rooms, arranged and prepared by members of his team. Ventura also accused Combs of using these videos to blackmail her.

While Combs has claimed their altercations stemmed from arguments, the newly surfaced footage provides a visual confirmation of abuse that many believe validates Ventura’s earlier accusations.

What’s Next?

With renewed public scrutiny and mounting evidence, legal experts believe the viral video may add pressure on law enforcement and lead to further investigations or civil proceedings.

The release of the footage marks a pivotal moment in the ongoing debate about power, abuse, and accountability in the entertainment industry—a conversation that continues to evolve.
