April 14, 2025: The security outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan’s residence has been heightened after the actor received yet another death threat. According to the Mumbai Police, a message threatening to kill Salman Khan and blow up his vehicle was sent via WhatsApp to the official number of the Worli Transport Department on Sunday.

The police have taken immediate action, registering a case at the Worli Police Station under sections 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS). DCP Zone 3 Datta Kamble confirmed the threat and said, “A threat message was received for Salman Khan on Worli Transport Department’s WhatsApp number. A case was registered in the matter. Investigation is underway.”

In the WhatsApp message, the sender claimed they would “barge into Salman Khan’s house” and “blow up his car with a bomb.” This alarming communication has once again raised concerns over the actor’s safety.

This is not the first time Salman Khan has received death threats. In November last year, he was allegedly targeted by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. At the time, a threatening message demanded that the actor either apologize at a temple or pay Rs 5 crore to stay alive. A second threat from the same group demanded Rs 2 crore, intensifying the actor’s security situation.
