In this new chapter, Wizards Beyond Waverly Place follows Justin Russo as an adult leading a seemingly mundane life. His routine is upended when his sister Alex arrives with Billie, played by Janice LeAnn Brown, a young wizard-in-training. Justin is tasked with mentoring Billie while juggling his daily responsibilities and ensuring the future of the Wizard World remains secure.
