Shah Rukh Khan Calls Salman Khan ‘Best Bhai’ In Candid ‘Ask SRK’ Session

Shah Rukh Khan shared a heartfelt response about Salman Khan during his recent AMA session, calling him the “Best Bhai,” highlighting their rekindled friendship.

October 30, 2025: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan delighted his fans today with an engaging Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on X (formerly Twitter) under the popular hashtag #AskSRK. While fielding questions on movies and life, SRK offered a sweet and short tribute to his long-time contemporary and close friend, Salman Khan.

When one fan asked for a single word to describe Salman Khan, Shah Rukh’s reply was immediate and full of affection:

“Best Bhai. Love him.”

This simple response once again affirmed the strong, decades-spanning bond between the two Khans, a relationship that has endured both on-screen success and off-screen challenges.

The Journey of a Legendary Friendship

The friendship between Shah Rukh and Salman Khan is one of Bollywood’s most celebrated narratives. From their iconic pairing in films like Karan Arjun in the 1990s, they were inseparable, openly supporting each other’s careers and often referring to one another as “brothers.”

However, their camaraderie was publicly shattered in 2008 following a major clash at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party. The rift lasted for years until a moment of reconciliation in 2013, when they famously hugged at an iftar party. Since then, their friendship has only grown stronger, with the two stars frequently supporting each other’s projects and making notable public appearances together.

The renewed brotherhood extends to their professional lives, too. Salman Khan is set to make a cameo in Aryan Khan’s upcoming Netflix debut as a creator, The B**ds of Bollywood, showing support for SRK’s son.

The Dream Trio: SRK, Salman, and Aamir

The public recently got a glimpse of the incredible chemistry between Bollywood’s three biggest Khans—Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir Khan—when they shared the stage at the Joy Forum 2025 in Riyadh.

During the event, the trio discussed their careers and the persistent fan demand for them to star in a single film together. Salman playfully challenged SRK on his long-running joke about the dream cast being too expensive.

“Shah Rukh has this one thing. He keeps saying over and over again… I want him to say that here. Try and say that here that nobody can afford us three in a film together. Say it,” Salman urged.

Shah Rukh’s witty response once again brought down the house: “I don’t want to say it in Saudi, because everybody will get up and say, Habibi, Habibi, done, done, done.”

This latest #AskSRK session gives fans yet another reason to celebrate the legendary friendship, proving that their bond remains one of the strongest in the industry.
