Shah Rukh Khan Lauds Anant Ambani’s Vantara Wildlife Conservation Project

March 5, 2025: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has praised Anant Ambani’s Vantara, a wildlife conservation project located in Gujarat’s Jamnagar, which aims to rescue, rehabilitate, and conserve wildlife. SRK’s post comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recent visit to the world’s largest wildlife research center, which Anant has been instrumental in developing.

Taking to social media, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his admiration for the project, echoing Prime Minister Modi’s sentiments. In his post, SRK wrote, “Animals deserve love, and they need protection and care… for their health & that of our planet. PM @narendramodi’s presence at Vantara reinforces the importance of this. The purity of a person’s heart is directly proportional to their love for animals. Vantara and Anant’s commitment to providing a sanctuary to unfortunate animals is a testament to that. Keep it up Beta!!”

Vantara has garnered recognition for its commitment to wildlife conservation. The center focuses on rescuing and rehabilitating animals in distress while promoting ecological sustainability. Among the animals housed at Vantara are some of the most endangered species, such as Asiatic Lions, Snow Leopards, and One-Horned Rhinoceroses. The center also offers medical facilities like MRI machines, CT scanners, and ICUs to ensure animals receive expert care.

Prime Minister Modi visited Vantara, inaugurating its state-of-the-art conservation and rehabilitation project. He praised Anant Ambani and his team for their dedication to animal welfare and wildlife preservation. The Prime Minister shared the emotional stories of animals being treated at the center, including an elephant that was a victim of an acid attack, elephants blinded by their Mahouts, and others who had suffered from truck accidents. Modi condemned such cruelty and urged people to show kindness toward animals.

During his visit, PM Modi also toured the world’s largest elephant hospital, hydrotherapy pools for elephants, and various life-saving surgeries performed on animals such as leopards and lions. These facilities reflect Vantara’s comprehensive approach to animal care.

The project has received widespread recognition for not only providing a safe haven for abused or abandoned animals but also for its efforts in creating awareness about the importance of wildlife preservation and ecological balance. Through Vantara, Anant Ambani has proven his commitment to safeguarding wildlife and ensuring animals get the care they deserve.
