Mumbai | April 15, 2025 — Shah Rukh Khan has officially moved out of Mannat, his legendary sea-facing home in Bandra, for the first time in decades. The superstar and his family — wife Gauri Khan and children Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam — have temporarily shifted to a lavish high-rise apartment in the upscale Pali Hill area.

A video showcasing the towering Puja Casa building, Shah Rukh Khan’s new temporary residence, has gone viral on social media. Fans are already gathering outside the building, treating it as the new “Mannat 2.0” as long as SRK resides there.

📍 Shah Rukh’s New Address: Puja Casa, Bandra
The Khans are now occupying four floors of Puja Casa, a premium residential building leased from film producer Vashu Bhagnani. The property is co-owned by Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh.

🛠️ Why Is Mannat Under Renovation?
Renovations at Mannat were long overdue. The planned work includes an extension to the bungalow, which required approval due to its Grade III heritage status. With all permissions now secured, the revamp is expected to take around two years.

“Puja Casa doesn’t offer the vast expanse of Mannat, but it has been customised to include dedicated zones for the family, staff, and SRK’s work commitments.”
