Grammy-winning star to perform in Mumbai and Delhi this April
February 20, 2026: Global pop icon Shakira has announced her return to India with concerts scheduled in Mumbai and Delhi this April, nearly two decades after her last visit in 2007 during the Oral Fixation Tour. The Grammy-winning Colombian artist, known for hits like Hips Don’t Lie, Waka Waka (This Time for Africa) and Whenever, Wherever, said performing in India has always been special and expressed excitement about reconnecting with fans. She added that the tour also aims to support child nutrition initiatives.
The concerts are being organised under the non-profit initiative Feeding India in partnership with District by Zomato. Shakira will perform on April 10 at Mahalaxmi Racecourse Stadium in Mumbai, followed by a show at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Delhi on April 15. Tickets will be sold exclusively on District, with HSBC credit cardholders receiving 48-hour early access from February 27, while general sales begin on March 1.
The India leg is part of her ongoing Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, supporting her 12th studio album released in 2024. The tour, which began in February 2025 in Rio de Janeiro and concludes in April 2026 in Abu Dhabi, marks her first global outing since the El Dorado World Tour in 2018. It has already become the highest-grossing Latin tour of all time and ranks among the top-grossing tours by a female artist.
