Shilpa Shetty Embarks on Char Dham Yatra, Shares Serene Moments from Kedarnath Visit

Amidst the tranquil landscapes of Uttarakhand, the revered Char Dham Yatra commenced its spiritual journey, drawing devotees from far and wide. Among them was Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, who embarked on a soul-stirring pilgrimage to Kedarnath.

Capturing the ethereal beauty of her surroundings, Shilpa Shetty shared serene glimpses of her sojourn on Instagram, offering a glimpse into the majestic snow-clad mountains and the tranquil ambiance of Kedarnath. Accompanied by the soulful anthem ‘Namo Namo’ from the movie ‘Kedarnath,’ her journey resonated with spiritual reverence.

The auspicious occasion of the Char Dham Yatra coincided with the sacred reopening of the Kedarnath Dham after a hiatus of six months. The first puja at the shrine, conducted in the name of Prime Minister Modi, marked the beginning of the pilgrimage season.

Presiding over the inaugural puja, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami extended warm greetings to the pilgrims, invoking prayers for their safe journey and spiritual fulfillment. Expressing reverence for the pilgrimage, CM Dhami highlighted its significance as devotees from across the country and beyond converge to embark on this sacred odyssey.

As the doors of Baba Kedarnath Dham opened amidst sacred chants and hymns, devotees reverently echoed the chant of ‘Har Har Mahadev,’ heralding the dawn of divine blessings. Adorned with 40 quintals of petals, Kedarnath exuded celestial grandeur, beckoning pilgrims to partake in its divine embrace.

The Char Dham Yatra, steeped in profound spiritual significance, unfolds a journey of devotion and introspection, guiding pilgrims through the sacred realms of Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. It promises spiritual rejuvenation and divine communion, epitomizing the essence of Hindu spirituality.
