Shilpa Shetty’s Lawyer Reacts On Reports Of Raid By ED, Says “Misleading..”

November 30, 2024: It seems there was a misunderstanding or a case of misinformation circulating about Shilpa Shetty in relation to an Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid. Her lawyer, Prashant Patil, clarified the situation by issuing a statement asserting that Shilpa Shetty has no involvement in any criminal activity or investigation related to the case.

Patil emphasized that the ongoing investigation pertains to her husband, Raj Kundra, and that he is fully cooperating with authorities. The lawyer also urged the media to avoid linking Shilpa Shetty to the case, particularly by using her images or name in coverage, as it was misleading and not relevant to her.

In the realm of media reports, it’s critical to ensure accuracy and avoid harmful speculation, especially when individuals are mistakenly implicated in matters they have no involvement in. The lawyer’s statement serves as a clear denial of any such connection between Shilpa Shetty and the investigation.
