McKinney, who previously filed a lawsuit against Diddy in May 2024 alleging he drugged and sexually assaulted her, is now named in an amended complaint filed on May 30, 2025, accusing Weinstein of raping her and a friend in a Manhattan hotel room back in 2003. The latest suit is separate from the one against Diddy.

According to the complaint, McKinney said a modeling agency executive arranged a meeting between her and Weinstein at a trendy West Village lounge. She brought her roommate along, hoping Weinstein might also consider her for an acting role.

Upon Weinstein’s arrival, he allegedly suggested they move to his hotel room because the lounge was “too crowded.” There, McKinney claims, he plied them with vodka cocktails and expensive alcohol, including Boulevardier and Dom Pérignon. Intimidated and heavily intoxicated, McKinney said she was too scared to object.

She further stated that after the alleged assault, she reported the incident to Weinstein’s assistant, who allegedly advised her to “leave the hotel room immediately” rather than offer support or help.

McKinney said she continues to suffer from long-term trauma, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and body image issues.

Weinstein, who was sentenced to 23 years in prison for rape and sexual assault in 2020, had his conviction overturned in April 2024 due to trial irregularities. A retrial is pending as he remains jailed in New York while serving a separate sentence from his California conviction.

Meanwhile, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, for which he has pleaded not guilty.
