October 13, 2024: A shocking lawsuit has surfaced, accusing Kanye West of drugging and raping Lauren Pisciotta, years before she worked for him. The influencer and former assistant of West claims that the assault occurred at a party he co-hosted with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in a Santa Monica studio, where Pisciotta attended with a musical client. The suit reveals that West allegedly confessed to the misconduct in the final weeks of Pisciotta’s employment with him.

According to Pisciotta’s lawsuit, West declared that anyone who wanted to stay at the party had to drink. After consuming a drink he gave her, Pisciotta quickly became disoriented, feeling “highly impaired,” after which her memories of the night became hazy. In the aftermath, Pisciotta’s client refused to speak about the event, and years later, Pisciotta claims to have learned the full extent of the trauma.
The lawsuit portrays West as “predatory, vulgar, and frighteningly calculative,” accusing him of using his position of power in the music industry to exploit women for his sexual desires. Pisciotta’s complaint further alleges that West had a “rotating list of guests” with whom he engaged in sexual activities at Yeezy company offices, and he reportedly showed a disturbing “kink” for wanting to be intimate with the mothers of his employees or acquaintances.
Among other claims, Pisciotta said that West openly admitted to orchestrating elaborate methods to lure women to his infamous sex parties. The complaint also accuses him of offering his sexual partners, employees, and other women as “gifts” to his business associates, using them as bargaining chips to gain leverage in business negotiations. Pisciotta recounted a chilling moment when an A-list celebrity warned her that she had been “offered” by West at one such event.
The lawsuit lists luxury hotels, including Nobu Ryoka Malibu, Beverly Hills Walford Astoria, and San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, as locations for these secretive sex parties. West allegedly encouraged the use of a product he called “sex honey” at these events and even pressured Pisciotta to have a supply readily available.
West’s erratic behaviour was highlighted throughout the lawsuit, with Pisciotta describing his mood swings—ranging from offering expensive gifts to bouts of intense anger when his advances were rejected. His controversial statements, especially his well-publicised anti-Semitic remarks, also find mention in the complaint. Pisciotta detailed instances of West expressing admiration for Adolf Hitler, frequently yelling “Heil Hitler!” in the office, and making derogatory comments about Jewish individuals.
The legal complaint paints a picture of a toxic workplace environment, where West demanded employees reveal their religious affiliations, leading to potential terminations or forced absences based on his unpredictable mood.
As of now, Kanye West has not publicly responded to these serious allegations.
