Shraddha Kapoor Rumoured to Join Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR in War 2 After Missing Out on Pushpa 2

Fans have been eagerly awaiting Shraddha Kapoor’s next big announcement following her success in Stree 2. While Shraddha hasn’t confirmed any upcoming projects, the internet is rife with speculation. Initially, rumors suggested that Shraddha was in talks for a special dance number with Allu Arjun in Pushpa 2. However, it was later revealed that Sreeleela secured the spot instead, with confirmation coming after the Pushpa 2 trailer dropped.
But Shraddha’s fans may have reason to cheer, as she is reportedly in discussions for a song in one of Bollywood’s biggest sequels: War 2.
According to social media reports, Shraddha Kapoor may not take on the female lead role in War 2 but could perform a special dance number alongside Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan and Telugu icon Jr NTR. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the man behind Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva, the film is set to release on August 14, 2024, as part of YRF’s expanding Spy Universe.
The main cast includes Kiara Advani as Hrithik’s co-lead, while Jr NTR plays the antagonist. A special appearance by Shraddha in a dance sequence with Hrithik and Jr NTR could add to the film’s already massive anticipation. However, no official confirmation has been made by the makers or the actress herself.
In addition to War 2, rumours suggest Shraddha may reunite with Ranbir Kapoor in Dhoom 4. The two last shared the screen in Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar (2023), and fans are eager to see them together again. Shraddha is also expected to begin work on Naagin, Nikhil Dwivedi’s upcoming supernatural drama, which is set to go on floors next year.
