Shreya Ghoshal Alerts Fans About Hacked X Account: "Do Not Click On Any Links"
March 1, 2025: Indian singer Shreya Ghoshal recently alerted her fans that her X (formerly Twitter) account has been hacked since February 13, 2025. The renowned singer took to Instagram to inform her followers that despite her best efforts, she has been unable to regain control of the account.
In her Instagram post, Ghoshal wrote, “Hello fans and friends. My Twitter / X account is hacked since February 13th. I have tried everything in my capacity to reach out to the X team. But there has been no response beyond a few auto-generated responses. I am unable to even delete my account since I can’t log in anymore.”
Ghoshal warned her fans against interacting with any messages or links posted from the hacked account, clarifying that they are spam and phishing attempts. She assured them that once the account is recovered, she would personally provide an update via video.
This incident comes shortly after Ghoshal has been in the news for supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Anti-Obesity campaign. She had earlier posted a video endorsing the initiative, calling it a much-needed step for the country’s health. Additionally, Ghoshal was nominated by Prime Minister Modi to join the campaign alongside other prominent figures like Mohanlal, R. Madhavan, and Nirahua.
Fans have been supportive and are eagerly awaiting any updates from the singer once her account is restored.
