The singer, accompanied by her husband Shiladitya Mukhopadhyaya and her 70-year-old father Bishwajit Ghoshal, took to her Instagram account to share glimpses from the unforgettable evening.
In her post, Shreya expressed her love for Coldplay, writing, “Just pure love for @coldplay. Swipe till the last video to know everything. My second concert of the amazing Chris Martin and his band! And you turned your magic on for Mumbai and how!! It was a spectacular experience. Couldn’t stop my tears for Fix You!” She also mentioned how her father, despite being over 70, enjoyed the concert immensely, adding, “My 70+ year old dad @bishwajitghoshal loved the concert so much!!!”
The post included videos and pictures capturing the vibrant atmosphere of the concert, including a humorous moment where Shreya jokingly said, “It’s a lot of work to come to a concert. It’s better to just be on stage,” as her husband recorded her walking towards the venue.

Adding an interesting twist to the evening, Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin surprised the audience by mentioning India’s star cricketer Jasprit Bumrah during the concert. While performing, Martin joked, “Hold on, we have to finish the show because Jasprit Bumrah wants to come and play backstage,” before playfully adding, “He (Bumrah) says he needs to bowl at me now.”
Coldplay’s ongoing tour in India includes more performances in Mumbai on January 21, and in Ahmedabad on January 25 and 26. Fans across the country are eagerly anticipating the remaining shows of the global music sensation.
