May 11, 2025: Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra marked this year’s Mother’s Day in a way that was extra special, as he not only celebrated his mother and mother-in-law but also his pregnant wife, Kiara Advani. The couple, who announced their pregnancy in February, are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child, making this Mother’s Day an emotional milestone.

Sidharth took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post, expressing how this year’s Mother’s Day feels different as he prepares to embark on the journey of parenthood. “Love You Mom. It all begins with you, but this Mother’s Day feels a little more special. Because now it’s not just about the moms I look up to, but also the one I get to walk this new chapter with. To my mother, my mother-in-law, and the newest member of this club, Ki. Happy Mother’s Day!” he wrote.
The post featured a series of pictures: one with his mother, Rimma Malhotra, giving him a sweet ‘champi’; another of Sidharth and his mom chatting with Kiara and her mother, Genevieve Advani, over a video call; and the last one showing a mirror selfie of Kiara with her mom and mother-in-law. Fans couldn’t get enough of the post, with one comment reading, “precious lil’ family,” while another described the caption as “touching our heart.”
Earlier in the day, Kiara also shared her own Mother’s Day tribute, posting heartfelt pictures with both her mother and mother-in-law. She marked the occasion by sharing unseen wedding photos with Sidharth to celebrate the special women in her life.
The couple first revealed their pregnancy news in late February, with an Instagram post featuring a photo of them holding tiny crocheted socks and the caption, “The greatest gift of our lives, coming soon.”
