Sitaare Zameen Par Box Office Day 1: Aamir Khan’s Emotional Drama Opens Strong With ₹11.5 Crore

According to trade estimates, the net earnings range from ₹9.5–₹10.5 crore, while producers have estimated a slightly higher figure of ₹10.5–₹11.5 crore. Either way, the film marks a resilient return for Aamir Khan following the underperformance of Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022.
Touted as a spiritual successor to 2007’s Taare Zameen Par, the film brings back Aamir’s signature blend of emotion and social relevance. Unlike its predecessor, which opened at ₹2.62 crore and slowly built momentum, Sitaare Zameen Par has launched with over four times the opening-day earnings, reflecting audience anticipation and nostalgia.
