March 2, 2025: In a touching announcement, Cori Broadus, the daughter of rapper Snoop Dogg, revealed the arrival of her first child with her fiancé, Wayne Deuce. Despite the baby arriving three months ahead of schedule, Broadus shared the news with joy and gratitude, posting a black-and-white picture of her newborn on Instagram.

In her heartfelt caption, Broadus shared her emotional journey: “The princess arrived at 6 months. I’ve cried and cried, I’ve compared and compared, blaming myself because I wasn’t able to give her all that she needed. But no matter what, God always shows me that He got me! Baby girl came at 25 weeks today and she’s the best!! Thank you God for getting me this far.”

Alongside the announcement, Cori also opened up about her health complications. She shared that she had undergone a successful cesarean section (C-section), thanking God for the procedure’s success. Broadus revealed that she initially thought she was experiencing a “bad case of gas,” but after visiting the doctor, she was diagnosed with “HELLP Syndrome,” a dangerous pregnancy condition that can be fatal if untreated.

“Got to the doctors yesterday thinking I just had a bad case of gas… whole time I was developing ‘HELLP SYNDROME,’ which is very severe and can even cause death if untreated… doctors told me thank you for coming, and if I would’ve waited a few more days, it would’ve been really bad. Ladies, please listen to your bodies and don’t believe everything you see on TIK TOK (talking to myself lowkey),” she shared on her Instagram Stories.

Her fiancé, Wayne Deuce, and mother, Shante Broadus, both shared her announcement, and Shante posted a loving comment, calling her daughter “My Berri.” Cori Broadus is the youngest child of Snoop Dogg and Shante, who also have two sons, Corde and Cordell. This marks Snoop Dogg’s eighth grandchild, and the rapper has expressed his love for being a grandfather, saying, “My grandkids are my everything because they all individually get a piece of my heart and they’re different.”

Despite the early arrival, the Broadus family is celebrating the safe birth of their new little one and the overwhelming support from their loved ones.
