January 15, 2025: Newlyweds Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya celebrated their first Bhogi, Pongal, and Sankranti together with joy and traditional festivities.
Sobhita shared glimpses of their celebrations on Instagram Story, posting a picture of a bonfire to mark the Bhogi celebration with the caption, "bhogi, renewal, transformation."
She also shared an image of a vibrant rangoli and extended warm greetings for the occasion.
For the celebrations, Sobhita wore a stunning red saree with her hair tied in a neat bun. She also posted a sweet moment featuring her and Naga Chaitanya's feet, with a heart emoji, symbolizing their togetherness. The festive vibe was further enhanced when she shared a snap of the prasad in her story, embracing the traditional rituals of the day.
Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot on December 4, 2024, in a beautiful ceremony at the iconic Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, surrounded by close friends and family. The wedding was a picturesque celebration of Telugu traditions, with rituals conducted under the guidance of their elders and well-wishes from loved ones.
For the special day, Sobhita chose a gold Kanjivaram silk saree adorned with real gold zari, paying homage to her cultural heritage, and paired it with elegant temple jewellery. Naga Chaitanya looked dashing in a traditional white outfit, making it a memorable occasion.
Before marrying Sobhita, Naga Chaitanya was married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and the couple announced their separation in October 2021. Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya confirmed their relationship in August 2024, following their engagement ceremony.
