Sobhita Dhulipala's Sister Samanta Joins Pre-Wedding Festivities: A Surprising Name Connection
December 3, 2024: Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya are preparing for their much-anticipated wedding on December 4 at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. As fans buzz with excitement over this union, one intriguing detail from the pre-wedding festivities has caught attention: Sobhita’s younger sister, Samanta Dhulipala, shares her name with Naga Chaitanya’s ex-wife, Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
Pictures from the haldi ceremony, shared on social media, show Samanta Dhulipala lovingly applying turmeric to her sister, Sobhita. The joyous event, filled with laughter and tradition, has given fans a peek into the pre-wedding celebrations. Samanta also shared glimpses from other rituals, such as the Raata Sthapana and Mangala Snanam, featuring the sisters enjoying precious moments together.
In her posts, Samanta shared stunning images of Sobhita adorned in traditional attire and elegant jewelry, captioning one of the photos simply as “Healthy.”
Unlike her sister, who is a celebrated actress, Samanta Dhulipala leads a very different life as a doctor specializing in fetal medicine. She works as an attending consultant at Max Healthcare in New Delhi, focusing on high-risk pregnancies, twin pregnancies, and structural abnormalities.
Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya, who got engaged in August, have received heartfelt blessings from Chay’s father, superstar Nagarjuna. In an interview with Times Now, Nagarjuna expressed his joy over his son’s newfound happiness, especially after a difficult period following his separation from Samantha Ruth Prabhu in 2021.
“He is very happy. So am I. The separation left him depressed, but now he smiles again. Sobhita and Chay make a wonderful couple. They deeply love each other. Pray for their happiness,” said Nagarjuna.
Nagarjuna also revealed his admiration for Sobhita, saying, “I have known her for six years. She is a very well-informed and talented individual. I’m proud of the love they share.”
Sobhita Dhulipala, known for her role in Made in Heaven, recently appeared in the OTT movie Love, Sitara, alongside Rajeev Siddhartha and Sonali Kulkarni. As she prepares for her new chapter, her fans and family are showering her with love and support.
