‘Son of Sardaar 2’ Trailer : Ajay Devgn Brings Punjabi Flair

July 11, 2025: Ajay Devgn’s Son of Sardaar 2 trailer was published a few days after the teaser for the movie was made public. The nearly 30-minute movie, which features the main characters, gives viewers a sneak peek at all the action and punches that are to come.

The 2012 film Son of Sardaar is mentioned in the opening of the trailer. Now set in Scotland, the movie stars Ajay Devgn as Jassi. Ajay pokes fun at Pakistan shortly after the trailer opens, accusing them of raining bombs on our nation. A significant Sunny Deol allusion from Border 2 is also there.

After their hook dance from Pehla Tu Duja Tu became viral, one can also see a little more of her chemistry with Ajay, who also features Mrunal Thakur. Alongside Kubbra Sait, Ravi Kishan, and Vindu Dara Singh, Mukul Dev makes his final appearance on screen. “Action! Feelings! Bahandaar ka confusion. JASSI is back, aur iss baar sab kuch double hai!” wrote Ajay Devgn, while posting Son Of Sardaar 2 trailer.

With Ajay Devgn as the sardaar, the Son of Sardaar 2 teaser, which was published on June 26, unleashed an uncontrollable torrent of mayhem, hilarity, and chaos. Key scenes from the movie, such as hints of his chemistry with Mrunal, were showcased in the teaser. The film’s premise now takes place in Scotland, where Kubbra Sait makes an appearance while dancing to dhol beats in the midst of the highways. In a fitting homage to his first movie, Phool Aur Kaante, one can also see Devgn juggling two combat tanks. “Paaji, kabhi hass bhi liya karo” is the dialogue that concludes the teaser.

Ajay Devgn, Ravi Kishan, Sanjay Mishra, Mrunal Thakur, Neeru Bajwa, Chunky Panday, Kubbra Sait, Deepak Dobriyal, Vindu Dara Singh, Roshni Walia, Sharat Saxena, Sahil Mehta, and the late Mukul Dev are among the film’s formidable cast members. It was directed by Vijay Kumar Arora.

Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande are the producers of Son of Sardaar 2, which is presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, a production of Devgn Films and SOS 2 Limited. Son of Sardaar 2, which is co-produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and produced by N R Pachisia and Pravin Talreja, is scheduled for release on July 25, 2025.
