August 25, 2025: The trailer for the highly awaited musical drama Songs of Paradise, which stars Saba Azad and Soni Razdan, is now available. The film is a moving tribute to Raj Begum, the first female playback singer from Kashmir to win the Padma Shri honor. It relates the tale of her life in a way that will inspire you.

The trailer gives a good peek at Noor Begum’s life, who is the primary character in the movie. Soni Razdan plays her as a well-known musician in her latter years, while Saba Azad plays her as a youthful vocalist. Danish Renzu directed the tale, which is about a brave young woman who goes against social norms to follow her love of music in a society that encouraged women to stay at home.

Saba Azad, who is also a musician, said she was looking forward to the role. She added, “Playing a character based on the famous Raj Begum has been nothing short of a revelation…” This movie is about how women can be powerful and self-sufficient.
