‘Soni Soni’ from ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ Released

The makers of ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ released the film’s second song, ‘Soni Soni,’ showcasing the romantic chemistry between Rohit Saraf and Pashmina Roshan. Darshan Raval, who lends his voice to the track, shared the song video on Instagram, captioning it with, “Hearing this song you’d say, ‘tu meri bann ja’ #SoniSoni – FULL SONG OUT NOW. #IshqVishkRebound – in theatres on 21st June 2024 #PyaarKaSecondRound.”

Composed by Rochak Kohli with lyrics by Gurpreet Saini, the song features vocals from Darshan Raval, Jonita Gandhi, and Rochak Kohli.

‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ marks Pashmina Roshan’s debut and stars Rohit Saraf, Naila Grewal, and Jibraan Khan. The film delves into modern love, relationships, and friendships. The first song, ‘Ishq Vishk Pyaar Vyaar,’ also received positive feedback.

The title track, a nod to the original film’s song, is composed by Rochak Kohli, written by Gurpreet Saini, and sung by Sonu Nigam and Nikhita Gandhi featuring Mellow D. Choreographer Vijay Ganguly retained the iconic hookstep from the original, conceptualized by Ahmed Khan.

The teaser, featuring Rohit Saraf discussing modern love, hints at a unique love story set to the backdrop of ‘Chot Dil Pe Lagi’ from the original ‘Ishq Vishk.’ Directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari, ‘Ishq Vishk Rebound’ is a sequel to the 2003 cult classic ‘Ishq Vishk’ which starred Shahid Kapoor, Amrita Rao, Vishal Malhotra, and Shenaz Treasurywala. Produced by Ramesh Taurani and co-produced by Jaya Taurani under Tips Films Limited, the film is slated for a theatrical release on June 21, 2024.
