The momentum for “Fateh” was initially sparked by a recently released teaser, which Sonu Sood shared on his X (formerly Twitter) account. The teaser, promising intense action, begins with the bold statement, ‘Never underestimate a nobody.’ It features a chilling voiceover by Sonu Sood, where he corrects someone about the number of people he killed, saying, “You’ll never find those ten bodies,” and solemnly adds, “Bhagvaan unki atma ko shanti de.”

Alongside the teaser, Sood wrote, “AA RAHA HOON..Action speaks louder than words. #Fateh! Brace yourselves for the biggest action-packed thriller!” “Fateh” draws its inspiration from real-life cybercrime incidents that escalated during the Covid-pandemic. The film boasts a high-profile team including top names from Hollywood as the director of photography, research team, and action choreographers.

In an interview, Sood revealed the personal connection that led to the creation of “Fateh.” He recounted how, during his pandemic-era humanitarian efforts, he discovered that scamsters were exploiting his name to deceive people. “The idea for ‘Fateh’ came into my mind when I was helping people and came to know that many people were being fooled and cheated in my name,” Sood explained, detailing how these scams involved false loans and promises.
