Veteran actor Helen, known for her legendary Bollywood performances, is now inspiring fans with her fitness dedication. Among her admirers is Arbaaz Khan’s wife and make-up artist, Sshura Khan.
On Wednesday, Sshura shared a heartwarming picture on Instagram with her “Pilates buddy” Helen. The photo shows Sshura kissing Helen’s cheek, with their Pilates trainer Yasmin Karachiwala also in the frame. Helen, sporting a playful pout, is showered with affection from both her daughter-in-law and trainer.
In the caption, Sshura wrote, “Pilates buddies. Helen aunty, you are such an inspiration.”
Helen proves that age is just a number, maintaining her fitness through regular Pilates sessions. Introduced to Bollywood in 1953 by dancer Cuckoo, Helen’s big break came in 1958 with ‘Mera Naam Chin Chin Choo’ from Howrah Bridge. She has appeared in over 700 films, renowned for her bold style and performances.
Helen was married to director Prem Narayan Arora from 1957 to 1972 and later married screenwriter Salim Khan in 1981.
Sshura and Arbaaz Khan tied the knot in an intimate nikah ceremony on December 24 at Arpita Khan Sharma’s residence in Mumbai. Arbaaz announced the happy news on Instagram, saying, “In the presence of our loved ones, me and mine begin a lifetime of love and togetherness from this day on! Need all your blessings and good wishes on our special day!” The ceremony was attended by close family and friends.
Previously, Arbaaz was married to Malaika Arora. They separated in 2016 and officially divorced in 2017, sharing a son named Arhaan. Arbaaz also dated Giorgia Andriani, but they parted ways last year.
