Star Power Delhi’s Lav Kush Ramleela as Ajay, Kareena, & Rohit Shetty Lead Ravana Dahan Ceremony

October 13, 2024: Delhi’s iconic Lav Kush Ramleela turned into a star-studded spectacle as the cast of Singham Again—Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, and director Rohit Shetty—set the effigy of Ravana ablaze during the Dussehra celebration on Saturday. The event, held annually at the historic Red Fort for over 50 years, saw Bollywood’s megastars adding a dash of glamour to the traditional ritual of Ravan Dahan.

The audience was thrilled as videos of Ajay, Kareena, and Rohit participating in the ceremony circulated on social media. In the clips, the trio can be seen performing the sacred act of aiming at the effigy, as well as sharing candid moments with the event’s organizers. Kareena Kapoor, looking elegant in a purple lehenga, twinned with Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty, who both opted for black outfits.

Ajay Devgn, who had last performed the Ravan Dahan at Lav Kush Ramleela in 2016, returned to electrify the crowd alongside his co-stars. The Bollywood trio’s participation elevated the festival, adding cinematic charm to the revered event, celebrated to mark the victory of good over evil.
