In the video, Brown sat in front of a heart-shaped cake while someone placed a pair of nude sunglasses on her face. She added a playful touch by putting a gold candle in her mouth before placing it on the cake. As the candle was lit, Brown lip-synced to the lyrics, “Except for the fact it was my birthday, my stupid birthday,” from a remix of Aly & AJ’s Potential Breakup Song, adding her signature charm to the moment.
