YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has reacted strongly after the Supreme Court of India quashed the FIR filed against him in the alleged snake venom case.
“2.5 Saal Ki Harassment Ki Bharpai Kya Hai?”
Following the court’s decision, Elvish shared a video expressing relief and frustration over what he described as nearly two and a half years of harassment faced by him and his family.

He questioned:
“Jo 2.5 saal ki harassment maine aur meri family ne dekhi, uski bharpai kya hai? Kya koi sorry bolega?”
He also criticized sections of the media for allegedly running false narratives, saying his reputation was damaged during the course of the case.
Case Background
The case dates back to November 2023, when Uttar Pradesh Police registered an FIR accusing Elvish of alleged involvement in the use of snake venom at a rave party in Noida.
He was later arrested in March 2024. Since then, Elvish had consistently maintained that he was innocent.
With the Supreme Court now quashing the FIR and all related proceedings, the legal case against him has effectively come to an end.
“I Always Believed in Justice”
In his statement, Elvish said he always had faith in the judiciary and thanked the court for delivering justice. He emphasized that truth ultimately prevails for those who are not guilty.
He also reflected on the emotional toll:
- His family reportedly faced public scrutiny and distress
- He claimed his image was tarnished during the investigation
- He hopes no one else has to go through a similar experience
Mixed Emotions After Verdict
While expressing happiness over the verdict, Elvish also highlighted that no apology or compensation can truly make up for the time lost and the mental stress endured.
He ended his message by thanking his supporters and fans for standing by him throughout the difficult period.
