Fears and worries grip the entertainment industry as Gurucharan Singh, renowned for his portrayal of Sodhi in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,’ remains untraceable for four days, sparking a frantic search effort.
The distressing news emerged after the actor’s father lodged a complaint with the Delhi police, expressing grave concern over his son’s sudden disappearance. As per his father’s account, Gurucharan embarked on a journey from Delhi to Mumbai on April 22 but failed to arrive at his destination as expected.
Alarmed by his prolonged absence and the inability to establish contact with him, his family escalated the matter by reaching out to law enforcement authorities. “He is mentally stable, and we had been searching for him, but now he has been missing,” Gurucharan’s father conveyed to the police, underscoring the urgency of the situation.
In response to the distress call, the Delhi Police initiated an investigation into Gurucharan’s disappearance, acknowledging the gravity of the matter. “We are looking into it,” affirmed officials, assuring concerted efforts to unravel the mystery surrounding the actor’s whereabouts.
Gurucharan Singh’s portrayal of the lovable Sodhi endeared him to audiences on the popular sitcom, although he bid adieu to the show several years ago. As the search intensifies, the entertainment fraternity remains hopeful for his safe return, rallying support and prayers for the beloved actor.
