Tamannaah Bhatia’s ‘Odela 2’ Set For Theatrical Release In April 2025

March 22, 2025: The highly anticipated supernatural thriller Odela 2, starring Tamannaah Bhatia, is set to release on April 17, 2025. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the release date, building excitement for the sequel to Odela Railway Station.

Directed by Ashok Teja and produced by Sampath Nandi, Odela 2 promises to delve deeper into the mysteries of the village of Odela and its guardian deity. The film will see Tamannaah in a never-seen-before role, adding to her versatile acting repertoire. Alongside her, Vasishta N Simha will play the antagonist, while Hebah Patel will feature in a pivotal role.

Produced by D Madhu under Madhu Creations and Sampath Nandi Teamworks, Odela 2 is set to captivate audiences with its blend of supernatural elements and traditional spirituality. The movie’s music, composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath, promises to enhance the film’s mystical and immersive atmosphere.

The first look of Odela 2 was unveiled on Maha Shivratri 2024, sparking immense interest among fans. Tamannaah shared the poster on Instagram, marking the occasion with a caption that read, “I am glad to be revealing the first look on this auspicious day of Maha Shivaratri. Har Har Mahadev! Happy Maha Shivratri.”

In the striking poster, Tamannaah is seen in a mystic avatar resembling a Sadhu. Dressed in traditional attire with matted hair, she holds a sacred stick and a Damaru, reinforcing the film’s spiritual themes. The setting, featuring the ghats of Kashi, adds to the film’s supernatural essence.

Odela 2 is set against the backdrop of a culturally rich village, showcasing its traditions, heritage, and the divine presence of Odela Mallanna Swamy, a deity believed to protect the villagers from evil forces. The film’s star-studded ensemble cast also includes Yuva, Naga Mahesh, Vamshi, Gagan Vihari, Surender Reddy, Bhupal, and Pooja Reddy.

With its gripping narrative and infusion of mysticism, Odela 2 is sure to be one of the most exciting releases of 2025.
