Taylor Swift Announces Final Dates for Epic Eras Tour

Pop icon Taylor Swift has officially announced the conclusion of her highly acclaimed Eras Tour. During a landmark performance at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium, the singer-songwriter revealed to a packed crowd that the tour would wrap up at the end of the year. This momentous 100th show in Liverpool marked the first time Swift publicly acknowledged the tour’s end date, as reported by People.

“A lot of you are like, ‘How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?'” Swift addressed the enthusiastic audience. She continued, “The celebration of the 100th show for me means this is the very first time I’ve acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December.”

Reflecting on the tour’s journey, Swift added, “That feels so far away from now, but then again, it feels like we just played our first show on this tour because you have made this so fun for us.”

Swift first announced the Eras Tour in November 2022, initially planning 27 concerts across the United States. The overwhelming demand from fans led to the addition of 17 more shows. The tour expanded globally, with performances in Latin America, Asia, Australia, and Europe, culminating in a final North American leg.

The tour’s last scheduled show will be held in Vancouver on December 8, marking the 152nd concert. “Just know that I appreciate every single ounce of effort that you’ve put into being with us when this tour reaches triple digits of shows — so thank you,” Swift expressed heartfelt gratitude to her Liverpool fans.

Between her Edinburgh and Liverpool concerts, Swift enjoyed a star-studded outing in London, accompanied by friends Este and Danielle Haim, Cara Delevingne, Lena Dunham, Kate Moss, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Following her three-night stint in Liverpool, Swift is set to continue her tour in Cardiff, Wales, for her next performance.
