Taylor Swift Reportedly Feels ‘Used’ Amid Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s Legal Battle

The singer is reportedly unhappy about being dragged into the lawsuit involving Blake Lively, who allegedly referred to Swift as one of her “dragons.”

Washington [US], February 8: As the legal battle between It Ends With Us actress Blake Lively and director Justin Baldoni intensifies, pop superstar Taylor Swift is reportedly feeling “used” after being dragged into the controversy.

According to Page Six, Swift is unhappy about being mentioned in Lively’s alleged text messages to Baldoni, in which the actress seemingly referred to herself as Khaleesi from Game of Thrones and hinted at having “dragons” by her side—believed to be her husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift.

“Taylor really wishes Blake hadn’t dragged her into this whole situation,” a source told Page Six, adding that Swift values genuine friendships and now feels caught in an unwanted Hollywood feud.

Lively, who filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in December 2024, has accused him of sexual harassment and unprofessional behavior on the set of their upcoming film. The lawsuit also claims that Baldoni retaliated against her by attempting to damage her reputation through a crisis PR team.

In response, Baldoni has denied the allegations and filed a USD 400 million countersuit against both Lively and Reynolds, escalating the legal drama.

The leaked texts in Baldoni’s amended complaint allegedly show Lively reassuring him about her influence, saying,

“If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you’ll appreciate that I’m Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons… My dragons also protect those I fight for. So really, we all benefit from those gorgeous monsters of mine. You will too, I can promise you.”

While the texts do not explicitly name Swift or Reynolds, speculation has led many to believe that Lively was referring to them.

Sources say that Swift, 35, and Lively, 37, have shared a close friendship for years, but the singer is now feeling uncomfortable being pulled into a legal dispute that has nothing to do with her.

Neither Swift nor Lively has publicly addressed the reports, but the drama surrounding It Ends With Us continues to make headlines in Hollywood.
