Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce in Florida as NFL Preps Heat Up: “A Special Time for Them”

The pop icon Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce continue to enjoy cozy downtime together in Miami and beyond ahead of the 2025 season.

Taylor Swift is staying close to boyfriend Travis Kelce as he gears up for the upcoming NFL season — and she’s doing it in sunny Florida. The pop superstar has been in Miami “to support and spend time” with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.

The couple, who have been dating since the summer of 2023, were spotted enjoying a cozy dinner at Harry’s Bar & Restaurant in West Palm Beach on Friday, May 23. “Travis was working on Friday before his dinner date with Taylor,” the source shares. “He left early to go meet her.”

A snapshot posted by pro boxer and MMA fighter Jose Andres Cortes showed the couple, both 35, side by side in a dimly lit booth. Another photo, shared by musician Mark Morrison, captured Swift smiling brightly during their romantic evening.

“Travis still seems very happy with Taylor,” the source adds, and it seems the good vibes are shared by his family. Donna Kelce, mom to Travis and Jason Kelce, even liked a fan’s Instagram post about the couple’s dinner date.

Meanwhile, Travis also carved out some downtime to bond with his dad, Ed Kelce. The father-son duo were seen shopping for furniture in Boca Raton over the holiday weekend. Travis sported a laid-back look in a white t-shirt and colorful shorts, while Ed rocked a straw hat and a Cleveland-themed t-shirt. They left the store in style, cruising away in a sleek emerald green Rolls Royce.

Despite the intense NFL preparations, the A-list couple is making the most of their downtime together. “They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,” a source told PEOPLE in April. “They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.”

The insider added that Swift and Kelce remain “very serious and in sync,” explaining, “They value the same things. Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.”
