The Ba***ds Of Bollywood: Shah Rukh Khan Unveils First Poster Of Son Aryan Khan’s Show

The series’ teaser, starring Bobby Deol and Lakshya, features a meta twist as it satirizes Bollywood with a voiceover that echoes his father, Shah Rukh Khan.

August 20, 2025: The wait is finally over. The first look at Aryan Khan’s first series as a director, The Ba*ds of Bollywood, has been released. It promises a daring, self-aware, and crazy look at the Indian film business. A lot of people are excited about the series right away because it features a star-studded cast and a controversial premise. It is a joint project between Netflix and Shah Rukh Khan‘s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment.

A video featuring Aryan himself was the first look at the series, which is said to be a spoof of the Bollywood film industry. Aryan walks onto a set at the start of the footage and says a well-known romantic phrase from his father’s renowned movie, Mohabbatein. But then he unexpectedly concludes the romantic story with the words, “And suddenly, a truck came and ran her over.” This sets the tone for the series in a darkly funny way.

Aryan Khan is in charge of the show, and Lakshya and Sahher Bambba are the main characters. The cast is even stronger with the addition of experienced actors like Bobby Deol, who will play a unique part, as well as Manoj Pahwa, Mona Singh, and Raghav Juyal. There are also rumors that a lot of famous people, like Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, and Shah Rukh Khan himself, will make guest appearances on the show.

People have mostly liked the preview, and a lot of admirers have pointed out how much Aryan looks like his dad. Karan Johar, a filmmaker, also backed the initiative and went on social media to say that the show will smash records.

Aryan Khan wrote and directed The Ba*ds of Bollywood, and his mother, Gauri Khan, produced it. It will be available to view on Netflix. The teaser has verified that the series will be arriving soon, even though the precise release date has not been released. This adds to the list of shows that people are really looking forward to this year.
