The Boys Spinoff is Back! ‘Gen V’ Season 2 Trailer Promises Non-Stop Bloodshed – WATCH NOW!

New Footage Reveals Shocking Twists and Brutal Action. Prepare for an Even Grittier Return to Godolkin University

July 26, 2025: On Friday, July 25, at San Diego Comic-Con, fans of the dark superhero universe were overjoyed when Prime Video released the long-awaited trailer for Gen V Season 2. The popular show “The Boys” is getting a spin-off that will bring back more of its trademark raw action, gore, and emotional drama when it comes back to streaming on September 17, 2025.

Comic-Con released the trailer for “Gen V” Season 2, which features a new Dean, familiar faces, and an impending Supe War!
The teaser starts with Starlight (Erin Moriarty) from “The Boys” saving Marie Moreau (Jaz Sinclair) from the creepy hospital where she was held captive at the end of Season 1. This shows that there will be big crossovers from the main series. Black Noir (Nathan Mitchell) and The Deep (Chace Crawford) are both verified to be in the story, which makes the stories even more connected.

Back at Godolkin University, a new and mysterious dean named Cipher (Hamish Linklater) takes charge and teaches a curriculum that is supposed to make pupils “more powerful than ever.” The official description says that the students, notably the famous Sam Riordan (Asa Germann) and Cate Dunlap (Maddie Phillips), come back as America gets used to Homelander’s “iron fist.” Marie, Jordan Li (London Thor & Derek Luh), and Emma Meyer (Lizze Broadway) do come back, but only because they are dealing with trauma and grief.

The trailer hints at an upcoming battle between humans and supes, which makes classes and parties appear unimportant. The gang quickly learns about a “secret program that goes back to the founding of Godolkin University that may have bigger effects than they realize.” They are shocked to find out that “somehow, Marie is a part of it.” The season will also talk about the death of Andre, Chance Perdomo’s character, off-screen.

Ethan Slater, who is most known for his role in the movie “Wicked,” joins the show as Thomas Godolkin, the university’s founder. Sony Pictures TV and Amazon MGM Studios worked along with Kripke Enterprises, Point Grey, and Original Film to make “Gen V” Season 2. The first three episodes of the eight-episode season will air on September 17. After that, new episodes will come out every week.
