Diljit, during a performance in Chandigarh, expressed frustration over the lack of adequate infrastructure for live shows in India, stating he wouldn’t hold more concerts until conditions improve. He pointed out the challenges of organizing large-scale live events in the country and emphasized the importance of having better setups, including centrally located stages to enhance the concert experience for fans.
In contrast, Javed Ali, when asked about the issue, reflected on the overwhelming love and respect he receives from Indian audiences. He emphasized that the warmth and admiration for artists in India are unparalleled, calling it an essential aspect of his connection to the country. “Wherever we go, we receive so much love. In our country, people treat artists with great respect. I don’t think such love exists anywhere else. If you are respected at home, that’s what matters the most,” Ali remarked, adding that the joy of performing in India remains unmatched for him.

Speaking about the collaboration, Javed shared that it was an exciting and organic process, noting that he and Ayaz had previously worked together on the successful song Wirdd. Kismat was released on December 9, 2024, and is available for streaming on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Ayaz Ismail’s official YouTube channel.
