As Alia Bhatt gears up for the release of her new film Jigra this Friday, she recently shared a special moment involving her daughter, Raha Kapoor, during a press meet in Delhi. While promoting the film alongside co-star Vedang Raina and director Vasan Bala, Alia was asked which film from her own career she’d first introduce to her daughter.
The actor responded that it was a significant decision and then revealed an adorable anecdote. “Just yesterday, Raha saw the first song I ever shot—Radha from Student of the Year,” Alia shared with a smile.
She added, “She’s just around two years old now, and we’ve started showing her a few songs. The first one she watched was Kesariya from Brahmastra. Then yesterday, she saw Radha Teri Chunari and Badtameez Dil [from Ranbir Kapoor’s Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani] at the same time. She must be thinking this is normal,” Alia joked, visibly cherishing the moment.
