Timothée Chalamet’s Mom Nicole Flender Shares Her Thoughts on Kylie Jenner: Here’s What She Feels

It looks like Kylie Jenner has won over more than just Timothée Chalamet’s heart — she’s also earned the approval of his mom.

In a rare interview with Curbed, Nicole Flender, a New York City real estate agent and proud mother of two, opened up about her son’s relationship with the beauty mogul.

“I have to say, she’s lovely,” Flender shared about Kylie. “She’s very nice to me.”

The couple, who have been dating since 2023, have made multiple public appearances together this awards season — including the 2025 Oscars, where Kylie gave up her seat to allow Flender to sit next to Timothée during the Best Actor announcement.

“Timothée didn’t ask Kylie to switch seats,” a source told Page Six, “but he thought it was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture.”

Mom’s Thoughts on His Beverly Hills Move

Flender also revealed how she found out Timothée had bought a $11 million home in Beverly Hills — conveniently close to Kylie’s residence.

“Did he ask for my advice? No,” she laughed. “He just said, ‘Guess what? I bought a house.’”

Despite both of her children — Timothée and actress Pauline Chalamet — living on different continents, Flender said she’s staying put in NYC.

“Would you want your mom trailing you everywhere? I like being able to go visit them.”

Red Carpet Moments and Family Bonding

While Jenner and Chalamet have yet to make their official red carpet debut as a couple, Kylie has been a regular at Timothée’s side this season. When Jenner skipped the 2025 SAG Awards due to the passing of her close friend and hairstylist Jesus Guerrero, Flender stepped in as Timmy’s plus-one.
