May 17, 2025: Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise has officially confirmed his collaboration with BTS member Jin during his recent visit to South Korea. In a video shared by MTV UK on X (formerly Twitter), Cruise responded to speculation by acknowledging his work with the BTS vocalist and praised both Jin and the group for their talent and dedication.

“Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Very, very talented. Very talented, it’s fun to watch, man. And they work hard. That’s a lot of talent. It’s cool,” Cruise said when asked about his appearance alongside Jin.
Cruise, who was in South Korea on May 7 to promote Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, reportedly took time to film an episode of Jin’s variety web series Run Jin. The off-beat show features Jin taking on quirky and unexpected challenges outside of his usual idol activities.
South Korean entertainment portal Soompi cited confirmation from both HYBE and Paramount representatives that Cruise did indeed shoot an episode for Run Jin, with the footage set to be released in the coming weeks.
Jin launched Run Jin following his military discharge, and the show has quickly become a fan favorite for its unique format and celebrity appearances.
With two global icons coming together on screen, fans are now eagerly awaiting what promises to be one of Run Jin‘s most entertaining episodes yet.
