Tom Cruise’s ‘Mission Impossible: Final Reckoning’ Set for Early Release In India, Deets Inside!

April 25, 2025: Tom Cruise fans in India have a reason to celebrate, as the much-anticipated action film, Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, will release in Indian cinemas on May 17, six days ahead of its global release.

Paramount Pictures India confirmed the exciting news, sharing the new release date along with an official poster on Instagram.

The film, directed by Christopher McQuarrie, promises to be a thrilling conclusion to the iconic Mission: Impossible series. Alongside Cruise, the star-studded cast includes Simon Pegg (Benji Dunn), Ving Rhames (Luther Stickell), Vanessa Kirby (Alanna Mitsopolis), Hayley Atwell (Grace), Esai Morales (Gabriel), and Pom Klementieff (Paris), among others. New faces joining the franchise are Ted Lasso’s Hannah Waddingham, Nick Offerman, and Lucy Tulugarjuk, as well as other talented actors.

The latest trailer of the film, which was released earlier this month, teased some jaw-dropping action sequences, including an underwater submarine scene and the iconic stunt where Cruise dangles from a plane. In a recent interview with Empire, Cruise revealed the intense training he underwent for these stunts, including learning how to breathe properly while sticking his head out of an airplane going at speeds over 120 mph. The actor admitted that there were times he even passed out due to the physical strain.

The global release for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is set for May 23, but fans in India will be able to catch the action six days earlier, making it a special treat for the Indian audience. This marks another exciting chapter for Tom Cruise fans in India, who have always shown immense support for the Mission: Impossible franchise.
