But the worst was yet to come: Peter made the gut-wrenching choice to let Doctor Strange finish the spell, which erased his name from everyone’s memory. That meant that everyone, including his lover M.J. Watson-Jones (Zendaya), his best friend Ned Leeds (Jacob Batalon), and everyone else, forgot who Peter Parker was. Peter also lost his beloved Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) in a tragic accident, which made the tragedy even worse.
