
Trailer of Deepak Tijori's directorial 'Tipppsy' out
Actor-director Deepak Tijori is set to launch his latest directorial venture, ‘Tipppsy’. The film features an ensemble cast including Deepak Tijori himself, Alankrita Sahai, Natasha Suri, Kainaat Arora, Nazia Hussain, Sonia Birje, Harjinder Singh, Mandeep Kaur Sandhu, and Danish Bhatt. The storyline follows a group of girls on a bachelorette trip that takes an unexpected turn when they become ‘tipsy’.
The trailer was unveiled in Mumbai on Thursday, with Bollywood icons Pooja Bhatt and Mahesh Bhatt in attendance to show their support. Pooja Bhatt shared a touching tribute to Deepak Tijori on social media, celebrating over three decades of friendship with him. She posted, “30 plus years of shared laughter, tears, joy & some truly testing times.. through it all you remained steady & a friend I could call at 4.00 am through any crisis.”
Further, she expressed her pride and anticipation for the film’s release, “Big day today as your trailer of @tipppsymovie releases in a few hours. So proud of how you endure on. Which is why I am going to be there to cheer you and your team on. Life is cinema & cinema is life.. but friendship is what occurs between takes and lasts long after the greasepaint is removed & the lights turned off. Love you @deepaktijoriteam Always & forever!”
The movie is co-produced by Sana Khan and Anita Sharma, with associate production by Ramesh Sharma. ‘Tipppsy’ is scheduled for a nationwide release in theaters on May 10, under the banner of Panorama Studios.
