
Varun Dhawan Teams Up with Gurdip Punjj for 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari'
Popular television actress Gurdip Punjj gave fans a glimpse of her collaboration with Varun Dhawan in the upcoming film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’. Taking to Instagram, the ‘Sanjivani’ star shared behind-the-scenes photos with Varun, alongside her husband Arjun Punjj and their children, taken inside what appeared to be a jewelry store.
In the shared images, Gurdip and her family are seen posing with Varun Dhawan and the director of the film, Shashank Khaitan. Expressing her delight, Gurdip captioned the post, “It was a pleasure working with you both, @varundvn @shashankkhaitan you both not only superstars but superhumans… good luck for the film #sunnysanskarikitulsikumari #dharmaproductions #lovedshootingthem.”
‘Sunny Sanskari ki Tulsi Kumari’, helmed and written by Shashank Khaitan, boasts an ensemble cast including Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor in lead roles, supported by Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi. Produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan, the movie is scheduled for release on April 18, 2025.
Apart from this venture, Varun Dhawan is gearing up for other exciting projects. He is set to star in the action thriller ‘Baby John’, directed by A Kaleeswaran and presented by Atlee in collaboration with Jio Studios and Cine1 Studios.
Additionally, Varun will headline the Indian adaptation of the popular Hollywood series ‘Citadel’, opposite Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The Indian version, created by Raj and DK, is eagerly anticipated, with the release date yet to be announced.
