December 6, 2024: Following the success of the peppy track ‘Nain Matakka’, the makers of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s highly anticipated film ‘Baby John’ have now unveiled its second song, ‘Pikley Pom’.

The song provides a heartwarming glimpse of Varun Dhawan’s character, showcasing his affectionate side as a doting father. Alongside child artist Zara Zyanna, who plays a key role in the family entertainer, Varun’s portrayal of a “girl dad” resonates with warmth and tenderness. Their bond in the song adds a sweet, emotional layer to his character, which fans will likely find endearing.

The track is composed by S. Thaman, with Vishal Mishra lending his vocals, while the lyrics are penned by the talented Irshad Kamil. Recently, the teaser for the film was also released, giving fans a deeper look at the storyline. The teaser sets up ‘Baby John’ as a mass action drama with strong emotional undertones. In the film, Varun Dhawan plays a police officer and single father who isn’t afraid to take on adversaries. His intense dialogue, “Mere jaise bohat aaye hoge, main pehli baar aaya hoon” (“Many like me might have come before, but I have come here for the first time”), hints at the heroic journey his character embarks upon.

The teaser also introduces Keerthy Suresh as the female lead and features a veteran actor Jackie Shroff in a compelling role as the antagonist. Alongside them, Wamiqa Gabbi and Rajpal Yadav complete the dynamic ensemble cast.

Directed by A Kaleeswaran and produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande, ‘Baby John’ is set for a December 25 release, adding to the excitement for the festive season.
