Vicky Kaushal's Killer Moves in Karan Aujla's 'Tauba Tauba' from 'Bad Newz' Garner Praise
Vicky Kaushal is setting the stage on fire with his latest performance in Karan Aujla’s Punjabi track ‘Tauba Tauba,’ featured in the upcoming film ‘Bad Newz.’ The song, unveiled on Tuesday, showcases Vicky and co-star Triptii Dimri grooving to its catchy beats, leaving fans thrilled.
Fans flooded social media with praise:
Recently, Dharma Productions released the trailer for ‘Bad Newz,’ also starring Ammy Virk. The film takes a hilarious detour from typical rom-coms, exploring the chaotic world of heteropaternal superfecundation—a scenario involving two dads, one mom, and a baby on the way.
The trailer highlights the comedic chemistry between Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk as they navigate fatherhood. Triptii Dimri plays the woman caught in the middle of this unexpected double paternity. Neha Dhupia also stars in the film, which promises a whirlwind of confusion, hilarious misunderstandings, and rib-tickling humor.
The trailer features a remix of ‘Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam’ from the 1998 film ‘Duplicate,’ adding nostalgia to the mix. Vicky’s character struggles to adapt to his new reality, while Ammy Virk delivers his signature humor, and Dimri shines as the determined woman at the center of the chaos.
Directed by Anand Tiwari, ‘Bad Newz’ is seen as a successor to the 2019 hit ‘Good Newwz,’ which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kiara Advani, and Diljit Dosanjh. ‘Bad Newz’ is co-produced by Tiwari, Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Amritpal Singh Bindra, with a script by Ishita Moitra and Tarun Dudeja.
‘Bad Newz’ is set to hit theatres on July 19.
