February 16, 2025: Vidaamuyarchi Faces Slump on Day 8. Ajith Kumar’s action-packed thriller Vidaamuyarchi saw a significant drop in collections on Valentine’s Day, February 14, as romantic films dominated the box office.
Vidaamuyarchi has managed to gross ₹74.22 crore in India, while its worldwide box office collection has surpassed ₹125 crore.

Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, Vidaamuyarchi is an official remake of the 1997 Hollywood thriller ‘Breakdown’ and follows the journey of a man on a high-stakes mission to rescue his abducted wife. The movie stars Ajith Kumar, Trisha, Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra in pivotal roles.
