The teaser for Kingdom, which recently dropped online, has generated a significant buzz for its gripping visuals and intense tone. It opens with haunting imagery of a battlefield littered with bodies, where armed agents prepare for conflict. Vijay’s character makes a dramatic and mysterious entry, seen wielding a police shield in one scene and wearing a prison uniform in another. The teaser ends with a goosebump-inducing line:
“I will do anything needed, sir — including destroying everything.”
Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri (best known for Jersey), Kingdom stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead. The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments in association with Fortune Four Cinemas. Music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with Navin Nooli handling the editing duties.
