Sidhu Moose Wala, the celebrated Punjabi rapper born Shubhdeep Singh, was tragically murdered on May 29, 2022, after being shot in his car in Jawaharke village, Mansa district. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. His death sparked a movement for justice led by his grieving parents, who continue to honor his memory.
