Walton Goggins' Wife Breaks Silence on Aimee Lou Wood Romance Rumors- "Its All..."
Los Angeles | May 17, 2025 — Nadia Conners, filmmaker and wife of The White Lotus star Walton Goggins, has addressed the swirling rumors of a romance between her husband and co-star Aimee Lou Wood, calling the speculation a byproduct of fans being too emotionally invested in their characters.

“It’s odd to see it, but it’s an indication of how much people were invested in the fictional characters,” Conners said in an interview with Hello! magazine. “I take it as a sign that he’s become quite popular.”
Goggins and Conners have been married since 2011 and share a 14-year-old son, Augustus.

Romance rumors ignited earlier this year after Goggins praised his rapport with Wood, calling their characters “soulmates.” However, after the White Lotus Season 3 finale, fans noticed a social media fallout between the two actors: they unfollowed each other on Instagram, Wood’s comments disappeared from Goggins’ feed, and fans suspected she had been blocked.
The drama escalated when Goggins endorsed a controversial SNL sketch that poked fun at Wood’s teeth, calling the skit “SMASHING” and “Amazzzingggg,” which drew criticism from fans.
Goggins further fueled speculation earlier this month by abruptly ending an interview with The London Times after being asked about his relationship with Wood.
“I’m not gonna have that conversation,” he responded curtly before his publicists stepped in to shut the topic down.
The interview was described by journalist Ed Potton as having gone “off the rails.”
Just before the 2025 Met Gala, fans noticed that Goggins and Wood had quietly followed each other again on Instagram, hinting at possible reconciliation or damage control. However, the two were reportedly avoiding each other at the event.
On the red carpet, Wood spoke diplomatically about their work together:
“I loved working with him. It was the best thing ever,” she said, also praising Goggins’ then-upcoming SNL hosting gig.
During the SNL episode aired last weekend, Goggins notably chose not to address the rumors, keeping the public guessing.
