Among the many highlights of the night, the sight of Ranbir Kapoor joining the festivities alongside a fresh wave of talent made it a truly unforgettable event.

🎥 Sitaare Zameen Par: A Film of Fresh Faces and Familiar Excellence

Slated to release on June 20, Sitaare Zameen Par is directed by R.S. Prasanna, best known for the sensitive hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan. The film introduces ten promising newcomers:
Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar.

The soul of the film is brought to life by lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya and the legendary composer trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, with the screenplay penned by Divy Nidhi Sharma. It’s backed by Aamir Khan Productions with co-producers B. Shrinivas Rao and Ravi Bhagchandka.

Amid excitement for Sitaare Zameen Par, Aamir Khan recently addressed a popular perception about him being a launchpad for new talent. At the Bollywood Hungama Style Icons Summit, he clarified:

“I don’t give breaks to people. I’m not launching anyone. I’m just making my film—and choosing the best people for it.”

He previously echoed this sentiment during the release of Laapataa Ladies, a film produced by him and directed by Kiran Rao, which starred newcomers Nitanshi Goel, Sparsh Shrivastav, and Pratibha Ranta.
