Warner Bros. has dropped the eerie first teaser for its upcoming horror thriller Weapons, directed by Zach Cregger, best known for his cult horror hit Barbarian. The film, set to hit theaters on August 8, 2025, promises a disturbing, multi-threaded tale of mystery and dread centered on a small town shaken by the inexplicable disappearance of children.
The chilling teaser opens with a sequence of children wordlessly leaving their homes in the dead of night. A haunting voiceover warns,
“Those kids walked out of their homes… No one pulled them out. No one forced them.”
